Join us for a transformative experience with our Zoom Group Somatic Breathwork sessions at Halcyon Breath. Our breathwork practice focuses on collective healing through somatic techniques that help release stored emotions and tension in the body. With our online sessions, you can enjoy the benefits of somatic breathwork from the comfort of your own home. Come join us and breathe your way towards a more peaceful and centered you. The session consists of an overview of the somatic breathwork journey, a light meditation to get us into the right frame of mind, the somatic breathwork journey and collective chat after for integration. Make sure you have a safe space where you will be uninterrupted, head phones and a water bottle. A zoom link will be sent to your email 48 hours before your session.
