Full Moon Circle

Service Description

Full moon circles have been used for centuries to come together and embrace the feminine energy of the moon. Each month there is a different theme or topic based off what astrological sign the moon is in. During the circle we will do a daily practice somatic breathwork to tune into our body and clear out the day to day thoughts so when we journal we can focus on the prompts and really BE in the moment. After we will have an activity based on the theme and then time to commune and connect. It’s a great way to have a deeper connection with yourself and other women in the community.
