Hey! I'm Hali Sayers, the heart and soul behind Halcyon Breath. I am a Veteran, a Wife and a Mother amongst many other hats I wear.

I'm deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their transformative journeys through Somatic Breathwork. I've witnessed the incredible power of conscious breathing to create profound shifts in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

As a dedicated Somatic Breathwork Practitioner I've made it my mission to empower you to unlock your full potential, release inner tensions, and tap into the wisdom held within your own body. I believe that healing and personal growth are not just possible but within your reach, and I'm here to be an empathetic witness to that.

My approach is all about creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner landscape. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or a deeper connection to your authentic self, Somatic Breathwork can be your compass on this journey.
